In my quest for a healthy lifestyle, a healthy body, and a healthy mind I have discovered and tried many products. Most are not as advertised in my opinion.
I have been on a regular workout regimen for over 15 years. I eat as healthy as I possibly can (but still love a good bacon cheeseburger on occasion).
